The Bass Library will be closed all day on Friday, November 30. The Wright Reading Room, including nearby restrooms, will close at 2:30 p.m. that same day. They will re-open at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 1.

To minimize disruption to readers, a paging service will be available for books located within the Bass Library until 2:30 p.m. on November 30. Readers who need reserve books can make on-demand requests at the Sterling Memorial Library circulation desk. Books will be retrieved as requested within twenty minutes. Books not on reserve can be paged through Orbis and will be held at the Sterling Memorial Library circulation desk. These materials should also be available within twenty minutes.

Document Delivery (Interlibrary Loan and Borrow Direct) will remain open but should be accessed from the south staircase (closest to the Franke Family Periodical Reading Room).

Between 2:30 p.m. and when Sterling Memorial Library closes at 4:45 p.m., readers and visitors should use the restrooms in the Gilmore Music Library.
