Task Name: MetaLib Transition

Task Description: Complete the transition of MetaLib to a production system: Determine procedures and assign responsibility for updating IRD records. Determine content of IRD records. Establish procedures for managing e-resources in ML through-out their life-cycle (e.g., trials, termination, access & content changes, updates to the ML Central Knowledge base). Establish best practices for deep-linking. Determine and assign responsibility for training and other support for MetaLib Management, staff and public use of the public interface. Analyze feedback, statistics and usability studies and identify public interface changes. Participate in discussions about the relationship between MetaLib and DBOW. Coordinate with the Verde implementation effort. Coordinate with PIC. Advise the MetaLib Implementation Group as needed.
