Task Name: Paid Invoice report

Task Description: Convert the current paid invoice by fund and vendor report to a web application. This report is used to reconcile Oracle with Orbis.

Status Comment: We plan to have a prototype ready for comment by selected Selectors and stakeholders in early December but are moving this date to January. The prototype will demonstrate the look and planned functionality, but it will not yet be linked to working queries. The final working version of this tool should be ready early in the Spring semester.
