To reduce legitimate messages entering into your "Tagged Spam" folder, Library staff should turn off the Send messages with non-English characters in the subject to Tagged-Spamin their Spam Management setting.

To do this

-Go to https://config.mail.yale.edu

-Enter your NetID and Password

-Click on the the Configure Button in the Spam Management

-Set the Send messages with non-English characters in the subject to Tagged-Spam to NO.

-Click Update Spam Management Configuration

This will result in a significant reduction in legitimate messages going to Tagged Spam, but will not significantly increase "regular" spam going into your Inbox.
