About I am head of the department responsible for public service and support activities in Sterling Memorial and Bass Libraries for Circulation, Reserves, Information, Stacks, Document Delivery and Interlibrary Loan, Periodicals, Microforms, and LSF Processing. Our staff is more than happy to provide access, assistance and support in finding print materials both in SML and Bass as well as the rest of the Yale University Library system.
Background Previous to my position at Yale, I was the Public Relations and Grants Librarian at UNC Charlotte and Assistant Department Head for Access Services at North Carolina State University Libraries. I received my MLS and BA in History and Comparative Literature from Indiana University. I have been working in libraries since 1995.
